Companies MIBCON SK and INFORMA have joined forces on the Slovak "SAP" market.
Thanks to their interconnection the companies MIBCON SK s.r.o. and INFORMA a.s. strengthen their position in Slovakia in the field of SAP systems, especially for manufacturing companies and trading companies.
Consulting companies in the field of information systems INFORMA a.s. in Komárne and MIBCON SK s. r. o. in Bratislava, a member of the MIBCON Group a.s. (Praha), agreed on an interconnection, which is represented by the newly established parent company MIBFORMA a.s. Bratislava.
„Through a formal merger, we are expanding our professional background on the Slovak market and offering a wider portfolio of services in the field of SAP and non-SAP solutions, mainly for manufacturing companies and trading companies,“ explains Juraj Vojtko, managing director of MIBCON SK s. r. o. and a member of the board of directors of MIBFORMA a.s.
Both companies, INFORMA a.s. and MIBCON SK s. r. o. , will continue to operate in the information systems market as separate legal entities. Internally there is much closer cooperation, including the know-how transfer between the various companies of MIBCON Group a.s.

MIBFORMA a.s. has been established on the basis of long-term cooperation and common values, which both companies have been applying in their mutual relations with customers, business partners and other SAP partners.
The chairman of the board of directors of MIBFORMA a.s. became Petr Měřínský, other members are Vendelín Petrovics and Juraj Vojtko.
The chairman of the board of directors of INFORMA a.s. became Juraj Vojtko, another members of the board of directors of INFORMA a.s. became Michal Kociský and Vendelín Petrovics became the director of the company as well. The former long-term director and chairman of the board of directors, Ján Bogdány remains in the company as a member of the team.
Customer service within MIBCON Group a.s. is now provided by a total of seven companies in the following alphabetical order: Designeo Creative, INFORMA, MIBCON, MIBCON DIMA, MIBCON NDC, MIBCON SK and SGEN it.
